Laura Seinsche
Profile
Laura Seinsche studied Business Administration until 2015 and completed her master’s degree in Management and Marketing at the University of Wuppertal in 2017. As part of her master’s thesis, she conducted a qualitative research project concerning the reintroduction of employee appraisals at Care Deutschland-Luxemburg e. V. After completing her master thesis, she studied a second master’s degree in Business Psychology at the University of Bremen. There, she chose a research focus on flexibilisation in working and living environments and evaluated the influence of leadership on the team development of a newly founded department at a local authority. While studying for her master’s degree in Bremen, she worked as a working student in the personnel development department at Niedersachsen Ports GmbH.
Since November 2019 she has been working as a research assistant at the IMVR in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences.
